What are the advantages of a company bike?

How can Bordeaux Métropole help you?
Bordeaux métropole offers assistance of up to €350 for the purchase of a new or used bike from Vélotino, for example. The application process is studied on a case-by-case basis. It will depend on your reference tax income, place of residence and type of bike. This subsidy can be combined with other subsidies such as the OEPV Label, Forfait Mobilité Durable for example.
How much does a company bike subscription cost?
The monthly subscription for a classic electric bike starts at 1€/day excluding VAT for the employee. The price then varies according to the range or type of bike: a longtail bike will be more expensive than a Gravel bike, for example. The cost of the subscription is then divided between the employee and the company. The company often covers between 70% and 100% of the subscription, with the employee paying the remainder at . It should be noted that the company benefits from a deduction of 25% on this monthly payment and an exemption from social charges on this rent.
What bikes are available?
Vélotino doesn’t limit itself to one brand or reference of bike, but offers the bike corresponding to the employee’s choice and use, depending on the type of journey to be made, the distance covered and the type of load (child, shopping…). Can I use my bike at weekends or on vacation?
Of course, that’s the whole Vélotino philosophy, by the way. Being able to take your favorite bike for a weekend getaway or during the vacations. What's the difference between short-term and long-term rental?
Short-term rental is suitable when you need to rent a bike for anything from half a day to two weeks. It’s the ideal solution for tourists passing through Bordeaux, individuals or residents wishing to test a bike before a purchase, or for a Sunday ride for example. Long-term rental is designed for company bikes or families who want to equip themselves with a quality bike with integrated insurance and maintenance plan over a period ranging from 12 to 36 months.
