When can I change my electric bike?
Vélotino aims to offer great flexibility and agility in the management of its contracts. It is possible to change the type of bike by respecting your employer’s general rental conditions.
What to do in case of technical problems
The rental contract includes a maintenance plan that includes servicing your bike on the employer’s site once a year. In the event of technical problems during your daily commute or at the weekend, you are free to go to your usual bike shop or contact Vélotino to schedule a repair for your bike. You can also take out a 24-hour assistance contract, so you can reach your destination even in the event of a puncture.
Do I have to recharge the battery after each use?
No, the frequency of recharging depends on the power of your battery and your usage. A battery charge indicator is systematically supplied with your electric bike and tells you when to recharge it. Note that our battery technology is lithium-ion, so there’s no need to wait until the battery is completely discharged before recharging.
What does the insurance contract cover?
The insurance covers theft by break-in/assault and breakage. In the event of theft, the only condition required to benefit is that the bike is attached to a fixed point with the padlock provided.
