Our range consists of City Bike, Gravel Bike, Electric Bike, Cargo Bike or Longtail bike, < strong>Scooter bike but also accessories such as child trailer, baby seat, car bike carrier and of course helmet.
If you want to take your bike on a tour, we can provide you with a repair kit, travel panniers and a telephone holder. We can organize collection of the bike and equipment from a stopover other than your point of departure. Don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote, mentioning the One-Way option.

The "long-term rental" solution, an alternative and flexible transition to soft mobility
You’re looking to try out a cargo bike, scooter or longtail, you don’t want to worry about maintaining your bike, and you don’t want to waste any more time in traffic jams or parking on your way to the shops, dropping your kids off at nursery or school because your time is what matters to you then, don’t hesitate for a second. Theft, breakage and assistance insurance is also included in the subscription fee.
The turnkey Vélotino solution lets you optimize your purchasing power and limit your car use to long-distance trips (vacations) without any constraints. What delivery options are available?
At Vélotino, you order a bike on our website and we deliver it right to your front door, to the Saint Jean train station, to your hotel, no more complicated than having your favorite sushi or burger delivered. We can also arrange a pick-up from our warehouse by appointment.
Can I take bicycles on board a train or bus?
Transporting rented equipment in a bus is strictly forbidden.
In France, we have just one railway company: the SNCF. Its fleet is made up of 3 types of trains:
1 – The “TER”, which are local trains : bikes accepted free of charge (no need to dismantle and pack bikes)
2 – “Intercité”, which are long-distance trains : bicycles allowed free of charge or at an additional cost of €10, depending on the train
3 – “TGV” which are high-speed trains running over long distances: ticket reservation compulsory. Bicycles are accepted at an additional cost of €10 or €5 if disassembled and in a carrying case.
Can I pay for my reservation directly on site?
Rest assured that all our online payments are completely secure. Your security and comfort are our priority, and we use reputable payment platforms to guarantee the security of your transactions. Nevertheless, if you wish to make a payment via another payment method, you will only have to make the bank imprint online and you can indicate your payment method to us at the time of booking.
What is a security deposit?
It’s a sum that protects the rented equipment.
The security deposit can be taken in various ways:
In “old school” mode: ID, credit card or digitally, in particular using bank card data such as the imprint on the bank card, which remains the most classic nowadays.
What happens if I return the equipment late?
Punctuality is very important to us in order to ensure the smooth running of our services and the satisfaction of all our customers. If you believe that you will not be able to return the rented equipment on time, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
It is important to note that if the equipment is returned late, additional charges may apply, in accordance with our general rental conditions.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to avoid these possible penalties, we encourage you to plan your rental carefully and keep to the scheduled times.
What happens if I get a flat tire during my rental?
Vélotino offers bicycles with puncture-proof tires on the majority of its bikes, but it can happen that a nail or an acacia thorn, for example, perforates your tire and tube. We’ll do our best to help you as far as possible, in accordance with our general rental conditions. You can also reserve a repair kit on our website, or even get in touch with a repairer close to where you are, so you can set off again as soon as possible.
